Long story short, I am really really really out of shape. So I am going to try to devote myself to training for a half iron race in March/April with the hopes to finally move on to an iron man later in the year.
I am in Singapore for business at the moment and am thinking of joining up with a local group called MetaSport:

Today I ran a 5k in just around 30mins... not good.
